Mathias Elijah Utley

This induction is to celebrate the life of my nephew Mathias Utley. On May 21,2011, Mathias at the age of 9, was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and a week later with a chromosome disorder called Philadelphia Plus. Mathias, with the love and help of his parents, kept such high spirits throughout his treatments and fought a Hero's fight the whole way. Some people think the only type of heroes there are, are the ones like Superman, Spiderman, Batman, etc. Well, I don't think that true. Christopher Reeve said that "A hero is an ordinary individual who finds the strength to preserve and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles." To be a hero is to be the best person you can be to help inspire to bring out the best in everyone else and Mathias is that hero. This is dedicated to Michelle, Roy and Mathias Utley who are all three the truest definition of the word "Hero" in my eyes. Mathias Elijah Utley In The Arms of God Love, Uncle John
